Todd joined the Children At Heart family in January 2012 after serving as President of South Texas Children's Home Ministries. He holds a bachelor's degree from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Todd and his wife, Jill, have two teenagers, Lindsey and Parker.

Dawson joined the staff in 2003, after sensing God’s call to use his private sector experience in ministry to children and families. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader (CCNL). Dawson and his wife Leanne live in Round Rock and have two children, Drew and Amy.

Don Cramer
Director of Gift Planning - Round Rock
Don joined the staff in 1978 and now serves as the Director of Gift Planning. Don holds a BBA degree from Texas A&I University and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, Planned Giving Council of Central Texas, and Partners in Philanthropic Planning.

Cindy grew up in Magnolia, Texas and has served at CAHF since 1997. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University in and has nearly 20 years of experience. She and her husband, Lee, are members of Brenham Bible Church.

Debbie serves as Executive Administrative Assistant and has been at CAHF for over 10 years. Debbie is the daughter of missionaries and she grew up in Peru and Costa Rica. She and her husband, Stuart, live in Round Rock and have two daughters and two very sweet grandbabies.

Amanda joined the Children At Heart Foundation in 2008 and currently serves as the Associate Director of Development. She and her husband, Matt, are graduates of Southern Nazarene University and she holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Management at Concordia University.

Bill has been part of the Children At Heart Foundation since 2006. A graduate of Fresno State College, he has more than three decades of communications, journalism and marketing experience in a broad range of disciplines. Bill and his wife, Diane, have five children and are members of First Baptist Church, Georgetown.

Elizabeth previously served in development and executive positions with a number of Central Texas nonprofits before coming to CAHF. She is a graduate of the University of Texas and holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism. She is the mother of two teenage children, Ryan and Christine.

Josh joined the CAHF team in January 2012, bringing more than nine years of professional experience in the nonprofit and private sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism, and is working to become a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Josh and his wife, Angela, have a young daughter named Lea.

Danna studied Visual Communications at Austin Community College. Before joining CAHF in 2001, she had vast experience in the corporate arena including packaging design for 3M. Danna loves color, design and considers building relationships with people over products a special blessing along with her husband, Lee and son, Daniel.

Jenny comes to this position after long involvement in the Houston philanthropic community. Hailing from New Orleans, she is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University. She joined the Children at Heart Foundation in January 2012 and is the mother of two daughters, Annie and Allison.
