Volunteer Opportunities

Special Events
Volunteers are needed during our annual open house, A Day At Miracle Farm, to help with parking direction, soft drink and ice cream service, registration and ticket taking, table set-up and take-down, tours, and a variety of other activities. This special event is held annually on the first Saturday of April.

Hands-On Work Projects
Volunteers are occasionally needed to help with work projects on the Miracle Farm campus. Needs vary in scope and frequency, but may include painting fences, building repair, landscaping and general maintenance projects.

Other Ways to Help
Miracle Farm has a variety of ongoing needs that can be fulfilled by groups and individuals. These might include outfitting cottages with items such as bedding, linens, toiletries, appliances and other household goods.

A special treat for the boys and staff are gift certificates to local restaurants or hosting to special activities and events, so that cottages can plan special outings for which they might not otherwise have an opportunity to experience.

Contributions to the Clothing Fund help with the purchase of cowboy boots, hats and parade shirts for the boys.
