Throughout the year we provide a variety of groups for children, families and parents.
SAC group (children in grades 2nd to 5th grade)STARRY Adventure Club guides kids through different experiential and creative activities to learn social skills of cooperation, communication, making good choices, managing feelings and dealing with anger.

WHY TRY (For young adults ages 13-17) - This is a strength-based group, which helps youth overcome their challenges and improve outcomes in the areas of truancy, behavior, and academics. Why Try will teach social and emotional principles to youth in a way they can understand and remember. The principles taught are resisting peer-pressure, obeying laws and rules, and that decisions have consequences.
Love and Logic Parenting (For parents of all aged children) - Love and Logic is a parenting curriculum that goes by the philosophy that parents should not work harder than their children and that the best parents use their head and their heart. It has easy to use techniques and skills to help making parenting more fun and less stressful. It can be used with all ages and all different types of parents.

Girl Power
A group for girls in grades 7-12 that offers a safe environment to discuss the struggles that young women face in our current society. Girls can discuss body image, identity, emotions, dating and family in a constructive and affirming setting. The group is led by experienced women that have a passion to encourage the healthy development of strong and thoughtful young women.
