Christen graduated from Baylor University with a master’s degree in social work, specializing in child welfare. She has experience in working with families through DFPS, Child Advocacy Centers and within healthcare settings.

Leah graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor's degree in child and family studies and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in marriage and family counseling. Prior to coming to STARRY, Leah worked with the NAMB in inner-city and apartment ministries.

Ashton graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed her master’s in mental health counseling at the University of Tennessee. She has worked at Care Net of Central Texas assisting women and families in crisis facing unplanned pregnancies.
